How to add them to your favorites for checking eligibility online:
Add these to your favorites by going online, typing in the website address and clicking ‘GO”. At the top of your screen, on the tool bar, click “Favorites”. Simply click “Add to Favorites”. In some instances, you will need to have a user id/login and password to retrieve information from these websites. You may also need a tax ID number or provider number.
